At Embody, you’ll find an array of group exercise classes geared to meet a variety of fitness goals and levels. Our classes focus on improving your cardio health, building strength and gaining flexibility. Embody’s group exercise activities are lead by a staff of well-trained instructors.

FRONT & CENTER! This hour-long class will challenge all participants from beginner to advanced athletes. Combining cardio intervals, circuits, strength moves and plyometrics, you are sure to get a great workout. Drop and give it your all!
Combines cardio with total body strength training. Designed to build aerobic conditioning, aerobic endurance, and fat burning. All levels welcome.
This class offers cardio and cardio-strength intervals using, tubing, dumbells, medicine balls, gliding discs and more. A perfect class for the cardio-crazed.
A cardiovascular class which includes continuous segments of kick box, boxing, Tai Chi, and plyometrics. All levels welcome, modifications provided. Tuesday & Thursday classes are 90 minutes long.
Here’s a recipe for success: cardio and strength training combined – 4:45pm – 5:40pm! Short on Time? Just come at 4:45 for “Quick Fit,” a 30 minute cardio class designed to get you in and out quickly. Can’t get here by 4:45? Come at 5:15 for just the strength segment – you’ll be out by 5:40!
A stationary cycling workout that simulates riding positions used on road bicycles along with other movements designed to build flexibility and increase middle and lower body strength. Participants ride to the rhythm of specially chosen music during a high energy 40 minute ride followed by a short period of stretching.
A unique sensory/motor program designed to give the mind and body instant feedback through continuous movement and rhythmic flow, this high energy class combines the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the drum.
A class utilizing strength training in a group setting. Exercise selections are consistent among all lift classes and change periodically.
Work core, legs, glutes, and upper body using a variety of equipment with a focus on our new “slanted risers.” Enhance your workout with the last 20 minutes of class devoted to flexibility and stretching using the foam rollers.
A total body workout combining cardio and strength training. The cardio portion of the class is done on the Concept 2™ rower.

A challenging, high energy fusion of step and strength that consists of high intensity step combinations interspersed with segments of muscle conditioning.
This class, for all levels of riders, combines off-the-bike breaks of strength training, using resistance bands, Bender Balls, and medicine balls to add a total body workout to the cardio segments of Cycling.
An hour-long class utilizing resistance tubes and core boards. Four levels of intensity – from light to super intense resistance – are used.
Our hatha yoga classes are an excellent complement to any sport or exercise routine. Asanas or postures are practiced to tone, strengthen and lengthen the body and improve posture and flexibility. Stretches can range from gentle to challenging. (1 hour)
A fusion of Latin and international music. Aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms, it is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
